India extends antitrust commitment proceedings to 180 days

The revised Competition Commission of India rules also introduces a mechanism to stop the clock.Companies offering commitments to resolve Indian antitrust concerns will get more time to make their proposals and have them assessed under amended rules that extend proceedings to 180 days and allow the regulatory clock to be stopped....
