Aetna moves to dismiss amended US antitrust claims over out-of-network payments

The plaintiffs' allegations of Aetna's use of defendant Zelis's repricing solutions for reimbursement of out-of-network services fail because Aetna has never used the Zelis out-of-network repricing tools at issue, Aetna said in its motion to dismiss filed in the District of Massachusetts. Plaintiffs can not and do not plausibly allege Aetna's participation in an antitrust conspiracy or that Aetna engaged in conduct traceable to their alleged injuries, the motion said.See attached document....
