The defendants unlawfully agreed and shared information to collusively depress and set payments and payment levels or thresholds for out-of-network healthcare services, a practice known as "repricing," the plaintiffs said in their complaint filed in the District of Massachusetts. In addition to adding additional healthcare providers as plaintiffs, the amended complaint adds various subsidiaries of Aetna, Cigna, Elevance, and UnitedHealth as defendants.
