American Water, Essential Utilities get HSR clearance, expect to close Q1 2027

The companies also received state utility commission approvals from the Kentucky Public Service Commission on April 21, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio on May 13, and the Virginia State Corporation Commission on June 22.
