Singapore competition regulator warns HelloRide over attempted rival price talks

The CCS On Monday said the conduct did not breach Section 34 of the Competition Act because no commercially sensitive information was exchanged and Anywheel declined to engage. The regulator said coordination between Singapore’s only two licensed shared-bicycle operators could significantly harm competition.
