OEConnection's bid for technology-solutions company Epyx reviewed in Australia

( August 17, 2026, 05:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US-based OEConnection’s proposed acquisition of Quadrum Investments Group and its controlled subsidiaries, trading as Epyx, is being reviewed in Australia. In a statement on Monday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that Epyx is a fleet technology-solutions company headquartered in the UK that supplies fleet-management software. The regulator added that Epyx is indirectly owned by Corpay, a US-based corporate payments and spend-management company. The regulator also said that US-based OEConnection primarily supplies software and data solutions that facilitate the sale, sourcing and supply of automotive parts for vehicle repairs.
