China's Shaanxi urges API companies to strengthen Antimonopoly Law compliance

More than 50 representatives from industry associations and companies attended the training session covering China’s Antimonopoly Law, pharmaceutical-sector Antimonopoly guidelines, risks involving monopoly agreements and abuse of dominance, and corporate compliance systems.
