Hong Kong, Malaysia competition agencies sign cooperation pact
( August 14, 2026, 04:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hong Kong's Competition Commission on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysia's Competition Commission to strengthen cooperation in competition-law enforcement and policy. The pact will support exchanges on best practices, enforcement capacity and cross-border enforcement activities, subject to each jurisdiction's laws, the Hong Kong regulator said in a statement.
