The watchdog found that producers Pioneer Hi-Bred, Corteva Crop Solutions and Maisadour Semences reached an agreement with their distributors on the terms for selling or reselling crop seeds or crop protection products, establishing the final prices farmers had to pay. Distributors must independently set their resale prices for farmers, the authority said Thursday. Agricover applied for leniency and received immunity from fines.
