Apple loses bid to stay app store litigation during Supreme Court review

( August 11, 2026, 23:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Apple's motion to stay antitrust litigation against Epic Games during a US Supreme Court review of a contempt order against Apple was denied in its entirety by the federal district court judge overseeing the case, who said a stay would not conserve judicial resources and would only serve Apple's "propensity for delay." US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said the "Supreme Court’s grant of a narrow review of the contempt proceedings does not substantially impact the factual issues that must be resolved to ensure compliance with the injunction."See attached document....
