Zillow, Redfin ask US judge exclude Rocket VP's testimony in antitrust trial
( August 7, 2026, 23:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Zillow Group and Redfin Corporation have asked a Virginia federal judge exclude deposition testimony from a senior vice president at Rocket Companies, which has acquired Redfin, for use in an antitrust trial scheduled for August. The US Federal Trade Commission and plaintiff states included Rocket executive Sam Vida on their final witness list, noticing their intent to introduce Vida's testimony at trial, the defendants said in a motion in limine. Vida's testimony is not of any consequence in determining plaintiffs' Sherman Act or Clayton Act claims and should therefore be excluded, the defendants said.See attached document....
