Verisk Analytics ordered to proceed with $2.35bn AccuLynx merger by Delaware judge

The $2.35 billion deal was announced on July 20, 2025, and Verisk walked away from the deal in December of 2025 after not reaching a resolution with a US Federal Trade Commission second request.
