Plaintiffs have conceded that they are bound by a settlement between Apple, Pure Sweat Basketball and app developer Donald Cameron, and as part of that settlement, the plaintiffs approved the then-existing in-app purchases commission structure and released any broader claims, Apple said in its filing in the Northern District of California. "Plaintiffs bargained for off-app email steering (no in-app link-outs), deemed that relief a 'game changer,' and Pure Sweat promised to use it to reduce commissions...
