Japan's Chubu Electric Power reports possible data leak affecting 74,000

( August 5, 2026, 02:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Chubu Electric Power, a regional power utility based in central Japan, said Tuesday that unauthorized access to one of its systems may have exposed the personal details of about 74,000 people, including names and email addresses of employees, contractors and business contacts.
