The watchdog found that they had colluded to allocate organic suppliers’ brands between specialized stores and general supermarkets, preventing comparability and reducing possible downward pressure on prices.Organic distributors’ trade association Synadis Bio and companies Greenweez, Carrefour, Comptoirs de la Bio, ITM Entreprises, and Les Mousquetaires have asked the Paris Court of Appeals to overturn an antitrust fine imposed by the French competition authority in April, MLex has learned....
