( August 4, 2026, 06:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Salesforce’s proposal to acquire Contentful Global has been cleared by the Australian antitrust regulator. In a determination on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said there is minimal horizontal overlap between Salesforce and Contentful in the supply of content management systems.
