China unveils draft law dedicated to combating cyberbullying

The proposal would require platforms to detect and trace AI-enabled cyberbullying, provide victims with evidence-preservation tools and streamlined appeals processes, and impose enhanced obligations on large platforms. It would also strengthen coordination among government agencies, enhance judicial protections and promote a whole-of-society approach to preventing and responding to cyberbullying.
