( July 29, 2026, 15:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Center for Accessible Technology motioned for adoption of a joint settlement proposed by California Public Utilities Commission Administrative Law Judge Jamie Ormond in Charter Communications' proposed acquisition of Cox Communications, saying the settling parties should accept the terms or otherwise have the transaction denied.
