Data complaints affecting children, large groups prioritized in new UK framework

Other complaints may be logged without further inquiries, the Information Commissioner's Office said in an update to its complaint handling framework. The ICO will also review organizations receiving 12 complaints in a month, but the threshold won’t automatically trigger action.
