EU extends anti-dumping duties on Chinese, Russian ferro-silicon
( July 28, 2026, 08:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has maintained anti-dumping duties on imports of ferro-silicon from China and Russia after concluding that removing the measures would likely lead to a recurrence of dumped imports and renewed injury to the EU industry. Although imports from both countries were negligible during the review period due to existing duties and sanctions on Russia, the commission found that both countries retain significant spare production capacity and would likely redirect low-priced exports to the EU if the measures expired. The duties range from 15.6 percent to 31.2 percent for imports from China and from 17.8 percent to 22.7 percent for imports from Russia. The document is attached....
