ACCC says Singapore Airlines-ANA alliance unlikely to lessen competition

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on Thursday said the alliance would allow the airlines to coordinate pricing, revenue sharing, scheduling, sales and marketing, while concluding it was unlikely to materially lessen competition because rival carriers would continue to constrain the market.
