Brazil's CADE recommends fining Bayer, Monsanto in soybean seed market probe

The authority's Superintendence said the companies should be condemned for offering incentives to plant breeders to adopt the Intacta RR2 PRO soybean biotechnology and that Monsanto do Brasil should also be condemned over non-linear loyalty-inducing discounts granted through its Monsoy Multiplica program.
