Google said that even if plaintiffs had properly pleaded that it trained its AI models on their asserted works, they do not dispute that they chose to distribute and market these works on YouTube under a term of service that grants a broad license for Google to use YouTube content, and any attempt to artificially narrow that license cannot be squared with the plain terms.See attached file. ...
