EU expects US to stick to Turnberry commitments as tariffs expire Friday

The Trump administration did not announce what it will do but ongoing Section 301 probes into forced labor from 60 economies might lead to tariffs ranging from 10 percent to 12.5 percent.The European Commission expects the US administration to stick to the tariff ceiling agreed under the Turnberry deal as the US' temporary 10 percent global tariffs imposed under Section 122 of the 1974 Trade Act expire on Friday, a commission spokesperson said....
