A Citizens' Jury of 20 members of the UK public were asked for their views on neurotech, devices that record and, in some cases, send electrical signals to the brain and nervous system. Jurors concluded that banning the technology outright could hinder medical advances, but said brain data should not be used for targeted advertising or behavioral manipulation.
