The board warned that increasingly complex complaints, including those driven by AI, are making cross-regulatory sharing more urgent. Its chair Anu Talus told MLex that "practical challenges" regarding cooperation have arisen with the implementation of the EU's digital framework, including the DSA and the DMA.EU data protection regulators still lack a "clear legal basis" for sharing information with watchdogs of different competences, the European Data Protection Board, or EDPB, said on Friday, calling on the European Commission to provide further clarity....
