Salesforce-Contentful deal faces Australian regulatory review

In a statement on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said Salesforce is a global supplier of customer relationship-management software and other software-as-a-service solutions that enable companies to manage their relationships with customers. The regulator said Contentful is a global supplier of digital experience software, specifically, a content management system.
