( July 9, 2026, 09:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Complete Air Supply's proposed acquisition of All Air Duct & Fittings has been approved by Australia's competition watchdog, which found the deal was unlikely to substantially lessen competition in the supply of HVAC ductwork and fittings in Southeast Queensland. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said Thursday that Complete Air Supply, part of the Beijer Group, supplies HVAC units, ductwork and fittings across Southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales, while All Air manufactures and supplies HVAC ductwork and fittings in Southeast Queensland. The watchdog said the companies overlap in supplying HVAC ductwork and fittings to residential and commercial installers in Southeast Queensland, but the merged business would have a low combined market share and continue to face competition from multiple alternative suppliers.Statement follows.
