Leidos, Analogic security joint venture under review in Australia

In a statement on Thursday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that Analogic, controlled by affiliates of Altaris Partners, is active in aviation security globally and supplies explosive detection systems to original equipment manufacturers overseas, which may then be supplied onto Australia. The regulator said Leidos is active in aviation security globally and supplies cabin and checked baggage explosive detection systems in Australia.
