New Mexico AG defends post-trial submission in social media harm case against Meta

( June 30, 2026, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The New Mexico Attorney General told a state judge that Meta Platforms' brief on "new injunctive relief' incorrectly and belatedly argues that the state's post-trial submission of proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law contains "new arguments" that create a "due-process violation." “To the extent that the state modified the specific terms used in its requested relief, it did so consistent with the court's explicit guidance.
