Paramount announces three more regulatory clearances for Warner Bros. deal

Discovery after receiving unconditional merger clearance from Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, the COMESA Competition Commission and Montenegro's Agency for Protection of Competition. The company said it has also obtained antitrust clearance, or seen waiting periods expire, in the US, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Ukraine, New Zealand and North Macedonia, while securing foreign direct investment approvals in Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Slovenia, Belgium, Czechia, New Zealand, Italy and Romania.See attached file....
