The report, titled “Skills in the AI Age” and published Wednesday, said individuals need a wide range of skills to thrive in digital societies, including foundational skills, information and communication technology skills and complementary skills. However, governments must also support them by adopting policies to strengthen education and training systems, expand lifelong learning opportunities, develop the ICT and AI talent pipeline, promote AI literacy for all, encourage employer-led training and strengthen policy coordination and partnerships among governments and across industries, the report said.The report is attached....
