NetChoice can add commerce clause claim in Maryland Kids Code challenge

Senior US District Judge Richard Bennett said his ruling does not decide whether the Kids Code is unconstitutional, but NetChoice’s claim that the law could burden interstate commerce by forcing websites to collect residency data or apply Maryland’s rules beyond state lines is not clearly frivolous.See attached ruling....
