NIS2 transposition failures by four countries are referred to top EU court

( July 8, 2026, 11:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ireland, Spain, France and The Netherlands were today referred to the Court of Justice of the EU after failing to notify the full transposition of the bloc's NIS2 cybersecurity directive into national law by the October 2024 deadline.
