Decathlon's Intersport assets purchase wins conditional Spanish approval

In addition to commitments offered by the retailer, the CNMC required Decathlon to contact potential rivals to facilitate market entry in Tenerife, where the deal raised concerns, and extended by two months the period to find a buyer for one divestment asset.
