In a push for the upcoming Digital Fairness Act to include more transparency on social media, the groups said “consumers have a right to know the commercial interest behind the content they consume.” The letter suggests clear content labeling, access to independent oversight and a way for users to report violations by monetized accounts.Letter attached....
