Dysons Bus Services through a share sale agreement will be reviewed by Australian competition watchdog. In a statement on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said Kinetic also proposes to acquire certain freehold and leasehold interests in bus depot assets currently leased by the Dysons Group and owned by related parties of Dysons’ shareholders, including 3D Management Properties, 324 Gen Investments, 3D Properties and 3D Properties. The regulator said that Kinetic is a transportation company that operates bus services in Australia and overseas, while Dysons is a family-owned coach and bus operator providing services across Victoria, regional New South Wales and regional South Australia.
