Netherlands will 'carefully review' EU claim it favors incumbent rail operator

In a letter sent to the national parliament, and disclosed on Tuesday, the State Secretary for Infrastructure and Water Management said the EU regulator started its preliminary investigation at the end of 2024 but only made it public on Monday when it formally started an infringement procedure.Letter (in Dutch) is attached....
