The plan includes an 800 trillion won ($518.5 billion) southwest semiconductor production base involving Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, an 81 trillion won Chungcheong-region HBM packaging hub and a 550 trillion won initial 8.4GW AI data-center buildout led by SK, GS and Naver.
