( June 25, 2026, 00:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kegstar, a wholly owned subsidiary of MicroStar Logistics, has offered a package of behavioral remedies to address competition concerns raised by Australia's antitrust regulator over its proposed acquisition of certain assets of rival keg-pooling provider Konvoy. In an update published Wednesday on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that, on June 17, Kegstar submitted a remedy offer to the regulator in the form of a draft section 87B undertaking under the 2010 Competition and Consumer Act. The regulator said the draft undertaking would place certain obligations on Kegstar, including not to enforce exclusivity provisions for a specified period and to offer existing Konvoy customers Kegstar contracts on prescribed terms if requested.
