Dutch regulator reports threefold jump in digital services complaints in 2025
( June 23, 2026, 15:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Dutch consumers and markets watchdog received 727 complaints of violations of the EU's digital services law in 2025, almost three times the 256 it received the previous year, its annual report showed. The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets said it planned to appoint even more organizations as trusted flaggers by the end of the year to help tackle this. While continuing its investigations into Snapchat and Roblox, the watchdog also said it would also initiate new checks and set up an educational campaign.Report is attached (in Dutch)....
