ACCC to use mix of tools on digital platforms until regulation arrives, official says

While speaking with MLex on the sidelines of an event on Tuesday, Gina Cass-Gottlieb, chair of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, said that these tools could include competition litigation, enforceable undertakings, market monitoring and even consumer protection cases.
