Planned EU corporate fleet emissions targets would be axed under EPP amendments

The changes would replace mandatory quotas with national plans, broaden the definition of zero-emission vehicles to include advanced biofuels and e-fuels, and sharply reduce the number of companies covered.Binding targets for zero-emission vehicles in corporate fleets would be deleted from proposed legislation under amendments by center-right EU lawmakers Raúl de la Hoz Quintano of Spain and Dariusz Joński of Poland, according to a June 8 document seen by MLex....
