Coupang data-breach mediation resumes after privacy decision in South Korea

The committee said Friday it merged two collective mediation applications involving 1,676 claimants and reopened the process after the Personal Information Protection Commission decided on sanctions against the company earlier this week. Individuals who received a breach notification from Coupang can apply to join the proceedings through June 26.
