Coles' bid for Sydney supermarket site under review in Australia

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on Tuesday said Coles signed a letter of offer to acquire a leasehold interest in Minto Mall — owned by private company Minto Marketplace. The mall has more than 60 specialty stores, including supermarket chain Woolworths and Kmart. Coles is planning to open the new supermarket in March 2028.
