In a joint filing to the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the parties told the court that discovery has been stayed since May 15, 2026 and they have engaged in negotiation of a proposed settlement order. "These negotiations have continued to progress and remain ongoing. To allow completion of negotiations, approval by all Parties, and filing of a motion for entry of a stipulated order, the Parties jointly request a further extension of the stay of litigation for an additional thirty (30) days," the filing said.See attached document...
