Tekion opposes CDK Global sanctions bid in US auto dealership software antitrust suit

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will reverse the imposition of sanctions under Rule 11 of the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure where "as here, the party against which sanctions are sought has taken corrective action during the safe harbor period," Tekion said in an opposition brief filed in the Northern District of California.See attached document....
