Blue Cross moves for judgment against US antitrust claims due to timeliness

BCBS said that plaintiffs can’t seek damages back to 2008 based on purported class action tolling from a class action complaint filed in 2012 because the plaintiffs in that case were fully-insured subscribers, not ASO purchasers.See attached file. ...
