US Commerce says China, Mexico subsidizing van-type trailers, drops Canada probe

Commerce assigned preliminary subsidy rates of 82.37 percent to Chinese producers and a 128.78 percent rate to non-responsive Chinese firms. Commerce gave four Mexican producers a 62.67 percent preliminary subsidy rate, with separate rates of less than 2 percent for all others.See attached files....
