AI Act alignment will require lessons learned from GDPR, Irish regulator says

Irish Data Protection Commission Deputy Commissioner Cian O’Brien said guidance, cooperation between regulators and judgments from the Court of Justice of the European Union will be key to ensure alignment across jurisdictions.
